1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VOICETALK (voicetalk.site), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

VOICETALK provides virtual US telephone numbers and related services including SMS, API access, and carrier comparisons. Services are provided "as is" and availability depends on third-party providers (Twilio, Tello, etc.).

3. User Accounts

• You must be 18+ to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• One account per person — multiple accounts may be suspended

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use VOICETALK for:

• Spam, fraud, or illegal activities
• Harassment or abusive messaging
• Circumventing laws or regulations
• Reselling services without authorization

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed via Stripe. All prices are in USD. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Services are billed monthly or per usage depending on the plan.

6. Limitation of Liability

VOICETALK is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the service. We do not guarantee that numbers will work with all third-party services.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
